This course provides a comprehensive introduction to career guidance, employability readiness, and future workforce awareness using structured, data‑driven approaches. Designed under the YES! Counsellor initiative by TalentCorp, the course equips learners with the knowledge, tools, and practical skills needed to support informed education and career decision‑making.
Learners will be introduced to the YES! Counsellor framework and digital platforms such as MyNext and MyMahir, which support student profiling, labour market insights, and career planning. The course explores education pathways after SPM, helping learners understand academic, TVET, and skills‑based options aligned with interests, abilities, and market demand.
In addition, learners will gain exposure to the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalisation, and the green economy on the Malaysian workforce through national impact studies and industry data. The course also strengthens employability skills by guiding learners on resume writing, interview preparation, professional communication, and workplace readiness.
By completing this course, learners will develop stronger career awareness, understand future job trends, and be better prepared to guide or navigate the transition from education to employment.

Kursus ini membantu kaunselor kerana menyediakan pengetahuan, kemahiran dan alat digital yang membolehkan mereka memberi bimbingan kerjaya secara lebih sistematik, tepat dan berasaskan data. Melalui penggunaan platform seperti MyNext dan MyMahir, kaunselor dapat mengenal pasti minat, personaliti, kemahiran serta potensi pelajar, seterusnya mencadangkan laluan pendidikan dan kerjaya yang bersesuaian. Selain itu, pendedahan kepada trend pasaran pekerjaan, kecerdasan buatan (AI), pendigitalan dan ekonomi hijau membolehkan kaunselor memberikan nasihat yang relevan dengan keperluan industri semasa dan masa hadapan.
