Role of Counsellors Using MyNext Dashboard

The role of counsellors and teachers in using the MyNext School Dashboard. Through the dashboard, counsellors can monitor student registration status, track assessment completion rates, and analyse school‑level and individual student data. Counsellors are able to view detailed student reports, interpret profiling results, and download assessment reports to support counselling sessions. By using MyNext data, counsellors can deliver personalised, structured, and evidence‑based career guidance aligned with students’ profiles and future workforce needs.

🛠️MYNEXT SECONDARY (Counsellor)

Step 1: Access MyNext Secondary (Counsellor)

1. Go to https://school.mynext.my/login?lang=en

Step 2: Login for First-Time Access

1. Enter the official school email.


2. Enter the temporary password sent to the school

Step 3: View Counsellor Dashboard

1. Upon login, the MyNext Secondary Counsellor Dashboard will be displayed.


2. Dashboard shows the number of students registered in MyNext Talent

Step 4: Manage Student Accounts

1. Go to Student Management.


2. View the list of students who have registered MyNext Talent

Step 5: View Analytics and Completion Rate

1. Access the Analytical Dashboard.


2. View overall student demographics and assessment results.


3. Filter by form/grade to view completion rate

Step 6: View Individual Student Report

1. Select student name from the list.


2. View individual assessment results.


3. Download the full student report if required

Step 7: Update School Information

1. Go to My School page.


2. Update school information.
