Students are required to register using a valid email address, complete personal and school information accurately, and ensure that their profile reflects their real identity. Completing all required profile sections is important to ensure accurate assessment results.
Students then proceed to psychometric assessments in MyNext, which include:
- Work Interest Assessment (RIASEC) to identify career interests based on six personality‑work environment types.
- Personality and Motivation Assessment (OCEAN) to understand behavioural traits, motivation, and work preferences.
Upon completion, students can view and download their assessment results under the “My CV” section. The results provide explanations of scores, suggested career directions, and areas for improvement. These insights support meaningful career discussions, education pathway planning, and personal development.
